THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HUNTERS POINT SHIPYARD

The Hunters Point Shipyard once belonged to Civilians. Much of it was taken over by the United States Navy citing Eminent Domain. A large tract of land belonged to the Hunter Brothers hence the name. There were two large hills much like the one - one can view today called the Bayview Hill that was bought by San Francisco Recreation and Park to stop rampant development. Bayview Hill contains Shellmounds. Once the U.S. Navy took control of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard they conducted all the required experiments linked to the Atomic Bomb and various radiological experiments. All over the Shipyard hot spots exists today which are very dangerous to human beings and as a matter of facts to any living beings - birds, animals, frogs, insects, and so on. Ships were brought from the Bikini Islands most of them contaminated by the Atomic Bombs dropped close up as part of the experimentation. These ships were towed all the way to Hunters Point Shipyard and decontaminated. The hulls were sand blasted and the contaminated residue spread all over the place. The Navy did not know better then and not much has changed now. I said there were two hills and these hills contained Shell Mounds - Sacred Burial Grounds of the Ohlone. The Ohlone for those who are mostly White and uninformed were the First People from San Francisco and the Bay Area. In 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone exercised their First Right to Refusal. This right is given to the First People under any Base Closure Act. Some Blacks must understand this fact about the First People. It is a shame that Michael Cohen who purports to speak the truth has not mentioned once about the Muwekma Ohlone. There is a document and several letters and resolutions by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors clearly stating the facts. The City Attorney knows this but they choose to look the other way. The Muwekma Ohlone lay claim to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard as they do to all other lands that come under the Base Closure Act within the jurisdiction of the territory that comes under the Muweka Ohlone. This has been stated in Public many times by Espanola Jackson and Francisco Da Costa. Ignorant folks that have no sense of history like some thug Blacks who disrupt Public meeting cannot be educated over night. In fact such Blacks who today are in the minority are doing tremendous harm to the general community in the Bayview Hunters Point. The Blacks today form less then 20% of the population - but some of them being loud mouth will speak and make statements that are not true. Lennar BVHP LLC has recruited such thugs to represent the community and one of them gets $10,000 a month for disrupting meetings and spreading misinformation. Supervisor Chris Daly exposed such thugs and the horrid incidents complete with date, time and names at a SF Board of Supervisors meeting. It is time the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the authorities at the highest level take action and send these vermin to jail once and for all. These few Black has sold out the community and what is more disgraced humanity. It all stems from chronic ignorance. Other communities Asians, Hispanics, Whites, Samoans and so on occupy 80% of District 10. They too have a right to speak but for some strange reason the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the Mayor's Office, the various City Departments like the Planning Department, the Building Inspection Department, the Board of Supervisors have chosen to permit crooks to take the lead. Meaningful discussion and outreach has been minimal. It was totally wrong for the SF Land Use Committee to hold a meeting with over 12 agenda items without meaningful Public Comment. Then the very next day introduce the items before the Full Board of Supervisors and stab the constituents in the back - by not allowing any meaningful deliberation. The person who made this happen is Sophie Maxwell the most despicable Black woman and very ignorant too. Hunters Point was shut down in 1974 but activities continued and still do all over the Shipyard. The Shipyard has been declared a Superfund Site that means that is it very toxic. Yet Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi went out of her way to allow polluted building to be occupied. The most glaring example the artists who are living on the Shipyard and who have contacted cancer. Michael Cohen knows about this but will not say a word. Nancy Pelosi is as fake as the two-inch make up she wears. The woman is not sincere and has helped Willie L. Brown, Lennar, and a host of other crooks exploit the people in District 10 and beyond. Many people who live all over San Francisco worked at Hunters Point Shipyard. The Hunters Point Shipyard always had connections and was linked to Treasure Island. All the official documents will state this. I know this as I worked for the Department of Defense. The ignorant Blacks who shout and scream and do not know what they are talking about think the Shipyard belongs to them. It is fact the Shipyard belongs to everyone one as Federal Property. It then belongs to all of San Francisco as and when it is transferred to the City and County of San Francisco. It is pathetic to hear the logic of some ignorant Blacks who think the Hunters Point Shipyard belongs only to some ignorant Blacks. Where this tainted Black connection was introduced is anyone's guess - the fact of the matter is that the land first belonged and now belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone. I have clearly stated this with authority at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and to the Mayors of San Francisco. Through some strange machinations Parcel A is in the process of being totally conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco. We still have Parcels B, C, D, E, and F. The other parcels including Parcel A is contaminated. No decent human being should live and work at the Hunters Point Shipyard. The Shipyard has to be cleaned and the cumulative pollution factors taken into serious consideration. The Hunters Point Shipyard should be clean to Residential Standards. It would be nice to address the Cumulative Pollution in and around a 3-mile area surrounding the Hunters Point Shipyard. The two power plants, the Darlin Tallow Plant, the Concrete Companies but most importantly the toxins on the Shipyard. Today hundreds of people outside the Shipyard are suffering from Cancer and other such killer diseases. These people live in Public Housing and one can go and talk to them. In recent years every year infants die that are a few weeks old die - because they are exposed to the toxins that are prevalent on the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Simply because innocent poor people live in close proximity - infants die. Among them many innocent Samoans. This is wrong and justice demands we do something - now. Parts of the Hunters Point and the Bayview are worse then any Third World Country. Constantly bombarded by pathogens and particulates that enter the human body that attach to vital organs - the authorities that are, including Mayor Gavin Newsom should be totally ashamed of themselves. They know about this and do nothing much. It does not help that the Environmental Protection Agency, the Regional Water Board, the Bay Air Quality Management Board and others that are bribed to go with the flow and follow the dictates of crooks like Lennar BVHP LLC who have a track record - building homes of toxic sites all over the United States of America and beyond. The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard once catered to many and offered good jobs - the French, Germans, Maltese, Chinese, Blacks, and others all remember the days and also the heavy toll of those family members who died being exposed to radiation, asbestos, mercury, lead, manganese, and so on. Ask anyone who built Saint Paul's of the Shipwreck in the Bayview? Ask anyone who know a bit of history about the influence of the French. The Russians who lived on Potrero Hill and worked at the shipyard? The many Chinese who had a flourishing fishing industry and many worked on the shipyard? Ask the Hispanics many of whom still live in the Bayview and beyond all over the City and County of San Francisco and in the Portola District? Who remembers Butchers' Town? The Shipyard if for all the people because many worked there and contributed to the Nations Effort during World War II. Today some crooked Blacks should not take the lead - just because they are offered tainted money from Lennar. Today we have a notion that an African Market, some Tabernacle Group which lacks spirituality and consists of Pastors that have bought their collars, thugs who have spend years in jails, others with dubious identities can speak and allow the destruction of the genuine community. The community has been kept in the dark and has been let down by Sophie Maxwell who is inept, ignorant, and very arrogant. This woman knows little about District 10 and has been recalled twice. The third time will be the charm. It is important to note that most of the Hunters Point Shipyard will fall prey to liquefaction. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that those areas that are landfill which meet the fate, as did the Marina in 1989. The 1600 homes slated to be built on landfill and there is no Federal, State, or local authorities that permits such a project. The SF Board of Supervisors was duped with the exception of Matt Gonzalez and Chris Daly. The time has come for a Court Injunction. We have the documentation and the investigative reports are in and being fine-tuned. The community is lethargic and many act as if they are zombies. Lennar BVHP LLC thinks it has that it good. He laughs best who laughs last. This is not Florida and California still has the best orange juice.
