MUNI 3RD STREET RAIL GOING NOWHERE - STOPS AT VISITATION

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is fully aware that MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail is going no where. First and foremost the two bridges over which this over $650 million project must traverse are in big trouble. The San Francisco Board of Supervisor and Mayor Gavin Newsom has little to say about the waste of money and adverse impacts. At Marin Street some very serious difficulties will hinder the smooth movement of MUNI Lightrail in years to come. Then at 4th and King the most important vintage point the problems encountered with this bridge have really delayed the project for 2 years and more. After that there is no certainty that all will be well. The dumb, inept, very arrogant Sophie Maxwell the District 10 Supervisor is mum about MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail because she is very stupid and has no back bone to bring about any resolution. Further she lacks comprehension about some basic elements about Transportation and Infrastructure. The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) has given her some money for training and kept her very quiet. Just like one would throw some bread crumbs to a hungry dog to stop it barking. Had the MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail been in any White Community there would have been a hue and cry. However the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point are hungry and have no jobs. Those that survive have to live in fear hearing gun shots and very busy attending wakes and funerals. They see the project and think nothing of it. Others made money doing fake outreach and most of the crooks that had links with MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail are Blacks. We all know the entity that did the outreach and how poor that was. We all know the many crooks that were on the take including Sophie Maxwell. If anyone questions Willie L. Brown Jr. he would spill the beans while all the time having little to do with the project at hand. Sophie Maxwell is busy attending to fund raisers mostly in White areas like Potrero Hill. She has no clue what is really happening in her community closer to Bayview Hunters Point. There are over 40% of her constituents without jobs and so the only other thing for them to survive is to participate in the illegal business of selling narcotics. It does not take a rocket scientist to comprehend that but what could one expect from an Electrician that was trained in Oakland and really could not differentiate AC from DC. It is so very surprising that MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail stop abruptly at Visitation Valley. It could have easily gone all the way to Ocean Beach and served a wider more needy community. But then again Sophie Maxwell was on the Citizens Advisory Committee linked to the MUNI 3rd Street Lightrail and this CAC has not met in a long time. In fact most of them disown the fact that they ever served on such a committee. Bayview Hunters Point is slowly changing and with the greater influx of Asians and Latinos most Blacks like the stupid Sophie Maxwell who has an attitude will be relegated to the cesspool. She will go down in history as the dumbest person ever to step in City Hall and a disgrace to humanity. Sophie Maxwell loves to take credit for dumb stuff and her legacy will be that of one that did her time as Supervisor so that she takes her place in the Hall of Fame of foolish dames. I often watch how she opens that wide mouth and shove her foot in it so deep that it is shocking to any one that is educated on issues. Some of us remember how she passed a fake resolution on an outhouse that she proclaimed was a School - the oldest school in the Bayview Hunters Point area. Then when that fact was proved wrong - she simply would not take NO for an answer. The flimsy outhouse without foundation and having shaky walls was declared a Shipwright House. I went to inspect this outhouse much as I use to when I worked for the National Park Service. I was astounded that the dumb, inept, and very arrogant Sophie Maxwell would stoop to the level of blatant ignorance prodded by some gays that have just moved around 800 Innes Street. I knew all the time she wanted to steal the land and wanted to cater to Dana Lanza and dreamed of some Open Space that is mostly very toxic land around 800 Innes. Then Sophie the dummy has the audacity to call in Joe Cassidy and beg him to sell the property. Joe Cassidy told her to go take a hike. He also reminded the dummy that soon she would be history and that Joe and many of us will remain to remember the times when we had an inept most stupid Supervisor that tried to survive by being on the take in District 10. Not a day goes by when some one does not tell me something about the stupid Sophie Maxwell. I wonder why such idiots run for public office. The woman has no brains and the little grey matter she has is no where to be found. At least that is what one gathers when Sophie Maxwell opens that mouth of hers. Next time you meet her ask her opinion about MUNI Lightrail which should have been running two years ago. Ask her how much money has she taken from developers to fulfill some obligations that are illegal. Try to test her knowledge of issues that matter but make sure you phrase the questions in very simple English.
