AGENCY FOR TOXIC SUBSTANCES AND DISEASE REGISTRY (8/12/07)

San Francisco is a Racist City and one of the reasons we say that is when we find out that folks like Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House going out of her way to stymie any State and Federal agencies from doing the right thing on Parcel A - that is part of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. It is no coincidence that the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) was called and told to back off from taking any punitive action on Parcel A. Lennar BVHP LLC made sure they had it all under control - the top people paid off so that every one would remain very quiet. ASTDR would meet the people and pretend that it was doing right when all the time it was doing WRONG. Joining the Speaker of the House, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Jesse Blout of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the San Francisco Health Department. There are more suffice it to say the culprits that should be protecting the lives of the people are actively seeing to it that scum bags such as Lennar BVHP LLC are permitted to work even though every law is broken. We have made it very clear the Lennar BVHP LLC did not follow the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). Did not abide by the Dust Mitigation Plan that it signed and failed to follow the rules and guidelines laid in Article 31 by the San Francisco Health Department. Further the City and County of San Francisco has the Precautionary Principle and there are Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health rules and regulations that Lennar BVHP LLC have violated with intent. No where in this Great Nation would you have scum bags as I have mentioned above led by Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and State and Federal agencies working together against the people and for a very corrupt developer like Lennar BVHP LLC. Had the victims been White there would have been some accommodation. But, since the victims in and around Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are minority- believe me anything goes. We have requested the San Francisco Health Department to test our children and got a No reply. We have asked Mayor Gavin Newsom to test our children and the answer is NO. We have asked the San Francisco Health Department with a billion dollar budget to test our children and the answer is NO. All this happening in San Francisco. Why are these jerks afraid of doing the right thing? Well, the children, Elders, others have been exposed to mercury, lead, methane gas plumes, and a host of other toxic elements with the very toxic dust mixed in the equation. And then also ultamaphic Serpentine Rock that is very dense and when crushed is friable and harms human beings down the line and many years later causes Asbestosis and death with much suffering. We the citizens have stated as clearly as possible after consulting some experts that Lennar BVHP LLC has failed again and again to follow the law - and again and again they have been cited with Notice of Violations (NOVs) to no avail. We have advocates that understand Environmental Issues unlike some Black Pastors that have not been involved and are not educated on issues. All they do is listen to the corrupt and those that give them talking points. Mayor Gavin Newsom wants to defy logic and build a stadium on a toxic site; in fact Hunters Point is one of the ten most toxic sites in the Nation. It is a Superfund site. Nancy Pelosi seems NOT to under this fact. This is like the Weapons of Mass Destruction but in this case Toxic Pollution of the worst order is present and can be tested. The toxic substances have adversely impacted thousands and Nancy Pelosi just cannot get it. Time to call the Federal Bureau of Investigation and investigate the role of Nancy Pelosi in this very serious matter. When Captain Susan Muza states that political pressure has been applied and that she has to deal with Monsters - that says it all. She is the head of ATSDR and she should be permitted to do her job. Lennar BVHP LLC and Mayor Gavin Newsom think they can fool us all. We were told that very serious political pressure was used to force Captain Susan Muza from not doing what she had in mind - testing the soil, the affected people and doing what was right. The Captain is a decent person but she has been told to follow some bad orders and if she does not do it - she can lose her job and all benefits. This is wrong. What Captain Susan Muza was told was go to the Stakeholders, pacific them, we will give you data, work on that, stall as much as you can and we will come out with a solution - that solution come from the crooks. The people cannot be fooled all the time and this time we know what the crooks are thinking. The grading of Parcel A both East and West is complete - but the infrastructure work is starting and there are very serious problems. We have found out that State, Occupational Safety and Health Administration has given Lennar BVHP LLC a waiver linked to the Ultramaphic Serpentine Rock and this fact is unheard of by all. Experts are baffled and one knows that the serious harm caused to the workers alone is unimaginable. Daily being exposed to friables more then 15,000 structures per cubic meter and having accidences of over 45,000 structures per cubic meter often and even as high as 55,000 many times. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee, the Hunters Point Shipyard Citizens' Advisory Committee, the San Francisco Chapter of the NAACP, the San Francisco Department of Health, and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency are all beholden to Nancy Pelosi and Mayor Gavin Newsom - two very dubious persons that cannot be trusted. Each of the above entities cannot be trusted and have failed to have a meaningful dialog with the community all of them are on the take and paid by Lennar BVHP LLC. Captain Susan Muza some how contacted the above so called Stakeholders all dubious in nature and all of them have failed to monitor Lennar BVHP LLC. The entities that did monitor Lennar BVHP LLC and revealed the truth met with Captain Susan Muza recently and she failed to follow up with a telephone call and we hope we will hear from her very soon with an action plan complete with goals and time lines. The data used must be independent and results public. It is a shame when politicians and untrustworthy representatives like Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi fail her constituents and work with entities that have adversely impacted so many innocent constituents in and around Parcel A and all over San Francisco - many of them on the take and under the influence of Lennar BVHP LLC a very corrupt entity. The Citizens Advisory Committee linked to Hunters Point Shipyard promised us a Hearing on Parcel A and cancelled the Hearing after agreeing to have it. Who does this entity take it instructions from? All the members are appointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom and the Mayor's main focus is to build a stadium on Parcel E that is the most contaminated. Next to Parcel E2 that is a toxic cesspool that has to be removed. The Mayor has made up his mind and will not take NO for an answer. Time will tell. All of Hunters Point belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone, the First People of San Francisco, who exercised their Right of First Refusal, the land was stolen from them. The Blacks on the take have no sense of history and like the Whites that bluffed the Native Americans this time around a few Blacks with no meaningful dialog, lack of information, having failed to be educated on issues, and most of them Black Pastor of Black Churches have decided because of money to side with Lennar BVHP LLC and those other corrupt forces that side Lennar BVHP LLC. The decent people have had it and we have exposed the crooks complete with their names and even the Chronicle after waiting and waiting exposed the name of the crooks. On the take these vermin are not men of the cloth but active in participating in the devil's workshop. In the interim thousands of us in the know and on the right side have asked for two reasonable things: 1. Shut down the project on Parcel A so that we can really find out what is happening there and why so many people are adversely impacted. 2. Test those that are adversely impacted for substances that they can be tested for - after all they are human beings. Let us not stress on the Asbestos tests that we know are some what difficult. But test the innocent people for the after affects of toxic dirt and elements such as mercury, lead, benzene, methane plumes and so on. It is not too much what we are asking for and we have asked the people again and again and that is what they tell us.
