HOW SOME BLACKS SET THE CLOCK BACKWARDS IN THE BAYVIEW (12/15/07)

The Bayview Hunters Point has suffered a lot because some Blacks in the Bayview Hunters Point chose to remain ignorant on issues and harm their fellow Black constituents. It really all started around 1995 when Willie L. Brown Jr. chose to take command of San Francisco and herded some ignorant Blacks to do his dirty bidding. Among them thugs that are still causing confusion in the community.
Willie Brown Jr. was instrumental to fire the first Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) appointed by Mayor Art Agnos and appointed hand picked crooks to the CAC to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. He did the same with the Project Area Committee (PAC) to Bayview Hunters Point. Around 2002 the PAC without any meaningful dialog with the community expanded the Project Area to include over 2568 acres. Initially - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was never in the Survey Area but the few Black crooks made sure that the Superfund Area was included in the Survey Area and then it came under the Project Area. Willie L. Brown Jr. placed key folks like Jesse Blout, Marcia Rosen, and Michael Cohen to do his dirty work and expand to the Survey Area which became the Project Area as we know it today. Now the same folks are expanding Area A and B and have created Area C that includes Candlestick Cove, China Basin and the Shoreline by Innes Street. Marcia Rosen who has since been fired but people say she resigned has single handedly with the help of the sell out Black done immense damage to the Bayview Hunters Point and set the clock backwards. Under her watch corrupt forces like Arc Ecology received over $600,000 to do outreach but none was done. Other crooks received more. The present Project Area Committee (PAC) as it sits is illegal. Only in the first two years was there any legal elections linked to the PAC. The present crooked leaders who sit on the PAC do not have the welfare of the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point residents at heart. The PAC members have not read the Final Historical Radiological Report, know little about the SF Housing Element, have never studied the Disposition and Development Agreement and I could mention a few other documents but it would do no good. We are dealing with inept, ignorant, and very arrogant folks. Standing out the Black who heads the Land Use on the PAC. In the year 2000 the people of San Francisco voted for Proposition P and over Eight Seven Percent (87%) voted to clean the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential Standards. Why are we not holding this dictum of the voters and San Franciscans to the Navy and forcing them to clean and abate - all of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. However, a few years later - around the year 2002 - a delegation led by Willie L. Brown Jr., Sophina Maxwell, Linda Richard, with Nancy Pelosi, and Diane Feinstein and others coerced the Under Secretary of the Navy to transfer Parcel A to the City and County of San Francisco. Forest Hill wanted to develop Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - but Willie L Brown Jr. - the crook that he is - had in mind the Lennar Corporation. So, Lennar came in and all hell broke loose. The Bayview Hunters Point Community has NOT had one single educated leader that understands Development and the City's Master Plan. You have what I call loud mouths - they do not do their homework but work behind the scenes to rake in the money. In other words they are sell outs - they want money and have nothing to offer to the community. Sophina Maxwell the District 10 Supervisor is one example she is an Electrician by trade but worked at the United States Post Office. Her colleagues will tell you how untrained she want and how she wiled her time. She even smoked pot while on the job at the Post Office. I can bring in the witnesses. Sophina Maxwell could not pass an Electrician's Exam in San Francisco and had to go to Oakland to pass it. But, she was put in place to run for Supervisor of District 10 by some Blacks that had no idea - what a mistake they would make by betting on an ignorant, arrogant, inept individual who is a total sell out. Time will tell. Lennar Bayview Hunters Point Limited Liability Corporation (BVHP LLC) with the help of Sophina Maxwell who was taken care of by Roy Willis - caused tremendous damage to our children, our elders, and those with compromised health. Lennar was encouraged to do as they pleased and told that the community could not do anything and would not come in their way. The Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) is a legal document but most of it has been violated because Lennar had the backing of EVIL folks like Sophina Maxwell and others that permitted Lennar BVHP LLC to do as they please - when it comes to pollution. When Lennar BVHP LLC first started the job at Parcel A around January of 2005 they clear cut over 400 hundred mature trees. They did this without any permits. San Francisco mandates to have a permit to cut one single mature tree. Around April of 2005 they started grading and had no reliable dust and asbestos monitoring equipment in place. I know what was happening and made many complaints to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and to the San Francisco Health Department (SFHD). Most of our complaints were thrown to the wind by the Regulatory Agencies that were bought off by Lennar BVHP LLC. If you ask people they will tell you about radiological elements found on Parcel A. Sewer pipes that the Navy did not remove and had to be removed before the major grading. The broken sewer pipes contained radiological elements. Nothing new considering the types of experiments including depleted uranium was conducted on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - much before depleted uranium was widely used by the United States in Iraq in recent years. Lennar BVHP LLC when it was caught bombarding the constituent of Bayview Hunters Point and San Francisco chose to pay some Black Pastors to say the wrong things. Deny that the pollution Lennar was causing was not dangerous and harmful to our children and elders and those with compromised health. One of them - Aurelious Walker - the man is ignorant and in his talk so vain that it defies logic. He wants to say something but most of it is demonic and he says he is a man of god. This man has signed his name to reading materials handed out that are false and paid for by Lennar BVHP LLC. He says he knows his name in on the flyers and that he is the President of the Consortium but really he does not know who paid for the material? He made this statement before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. The Tabernacle Group a bunch of renegade Black Pastors have chosen to do the devil's work - when they meet behind close doors - as they do at Bishop Green's den - top of the hill Mission - they conduct business that is evil in nature and against the Bayview Hunters Point community. Many of these evil Black pastors do not live in our community. Lennar BVHP LLC had set aside about $30 million for Community Benefits and this pool of money is down to $10 million if not less. Lennar lies and has lied - the result it's Stock and Shares have been reduced to triple Junk Bonds. Check out the status on Moody's or any other reputable site that register the doings of Stocks and Shares. Why would anyone want to build 1600 homes that poor Blacks cannot afford? And if some does buy these polluted homes - why would they want to live - surrounded by pollution? Why live in the middle of Chernobyl? It is a shame that with all the discrimination, the depopulation, the redlining - some few Blacks - we call them House Negroes and they know who they are have chosen to harm their own people. These corrupt Blacks on the take have set the clock back wards and in future articles - I will name them all - complete with an accompanying long rap sheet. |
