She has been playing with fire by introducing a Bill 1842 trying to hood wink the constituents of San Francisco. Lennar BVHP LLC has a very poor track record building very poor quality homes in Florida, New Mexico, and even closer to home Sacramento most of them built on Brown Fields and Toxic Hot Spots. Some years ago Mark Leno tried introducing AB 1187 trying to hood wink the constituents of San Francisco. Some of us went to Sacramento and shot this bill down. Sophie Maxwell and a number of crooks were behind this evil BILL trying to create an Authority to have carte blanche rights over Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. It is always amazing how some folks will use the Courts to try to manipulate the system. The Courts are supposed to protect the people. Folks like Carole Migden a no good lesbian is suppose to represent the people but as you can see both Mark Leno and Carole Migden have sold out and worked for some causes that do not make progress for the majority of the constituents. Since when did Carole Migden become the conduit to know more about the Candle Stick area and development without bring this important issue directly to the constituents of Zip Code 94124 and 94134. After all we are the most impacted. We have serious issues with the Transbay Terminal ever week some issue arises that will take months to resolve. It is always about the land lease and transfer and money. We have the same with Treasure Island the Navy will not transfer the land without some big money. The abatement on Treasure Island has not started in earnest but the plans are big and not going any where. Then we have Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. We spoke loud and clear and said we have to address the Cumulate Pollution and Abatement - and no one was listening. Then some thought it fit to bring in a weasel like Koffi Bonner that did not respect the OHLONE in Emeryville to act as the henchman to clench the deal and make nonsense happen. Radiological elements will haunt the project and any way one looks at it the buffoons have to go back to the Regulatory Agencies. Beware of Tetra Tech they are already screwing up big time. Few know that the remains of the Ohlone were strewn with absolutely no regard with a portion of the Bayview Hill was carved up so that the dirt could be used as land fill to build Candle Stick Stadium. The City did not honor the Ohlone and this is wrong. Today the City wants o cater to the 49ers that have a very poor track record and we all remember the scandals, the corruption, and the very poor representation of character. Let us hear from the people and not from the crooks like Carole Migden, Mark Leno, Jesse Blout, Marcia Rosen, Michael Cohen and a host of other scum bags that simply will not go way. How many times do you all want to do wrong to innocent San Franciscans? Lennar BVHP LLC will not fly in San Francisco. We got rid of the Mills Corporation and it is not too early to kick out Lennar from all of San Francisco. The First People do not approve Lennar BVHP LLC and their dubious way. You scum bags cannot and will not buy yourselves and favors in San Francisco at the expense of the constituents of San Francisco.
