DUBIOUS ACTIVITIES ON HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD (5/27/06)

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has always been connected with Treasure Island. We all are fully aware of the connection linked to Mayor Gavin Newsom and the developers at Treasure Island. And now we find out - not that we did not know the deep entrenched deep pockets between the dubious activities on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies. Hunters Point has parcels A, B, C, D, E, and F under the Bay. Parcel A even though is has hot spots and some radiological hot spots were conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco. Then the City handed it over to San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and the SFRA turned it over to Lennar BVHP LLC. The most corrupt developer in the United States. These scum bags will NOT hesitate to build homes on Brown Fields - the most toxic capped sites and build high density homes so that innocent people die a slow death. Some months ago on this web site we reported that over 400 mature trees were Clear Cut by Lennar BVHP LLC. The City's Department of Public Works should have taken the responsibility to save these trees but did not. I personally brought this episode to the attention of Mohamed Nuru and he agreed with me that the trees should not have been cut. I suppose no one has brought this episode to the attention of Mayor Gavin Newsom and those cronies that proclaim that San Francisco is indeed a Green City complete with a Green Czar that has his head stuck in the sand and his tail in the air. Mayor Gavin Newsom brags that each mature tree is valued at $162,000 - now multiply that by 400. Let us be clear about Green it is not about money but about Mother Earth and decency and morals. San Francisco proclaims that we are a City where Environmentalist knows how. It is a shame that most so called Environmentalist have failed to reveal to the public and to the enforcing agencies the blatant and dubious activities that have been encouraged by San Francisco Redevelopment Agency under Marcia Rosen on Parcel A. It is time to bring the Federal Bureau of Investigation in and first audit this agency and then the various acts that have significantly affected thousand of innocent people. If this is not done soon the whole Bayview will be adversely impacted. Parcel A should never have been conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco but it was and Lennar BVHP LLC has been encouraged by Mayor Gavin Newsom to build high density homes on a radiological site that has opened a can of worms. Imagine building over 1600 homes in the middle of Chernobyl that is Parcel A. First over 400 mature trees and some one of kind mature trees were Clear Cut. Then the fools decided to drill some holes and collect some soil samples only to find out that there were too many hot spots some of them radiological. Then the fools just realized that the old sewer pipes were broken and that radiological elements leaked all over the place. The stupidity linked with this project knows no bounds and the City is not doing anything. It is time that those agencies that signed off on Parcel A demand a through site inspection complete with a detail characterization of the soil, air, and water. The Regional Water Board and the Environmental Protection Agency has failed us. The City has failed us with corrupt officials like Amy Burnel who should be fired. For too long has Amy been on the take - she does not live in the community and it is time the Federal Bureau of Investigation find out why has this evil woman turned a blind eye to serious radiological pollution and accepted the conveyance of Parcel A. Proposition P once voted by over 87 percent of the constituents of San Francisco demanded that all of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard be cleaned to residential standards. This has not been done on Parcel A and will not be done on the other parcels. The Navy does not have the money to do the clean up. We are wasting over $30 billion a month in Iraq. The Navy says it has no money. The City has no money but this does not mean that innocent people have to suffer and die a slow death with dubious capping of very dangerous sites. Mayor Gavin Newsom has been bold to say that he will clean the Hunters Point Power Plant site to residential standards. The Mayor knows not what he is talking about because he does not understand the basic rudiments of abatement, mitigation, clean up when it comes to such toxic sites. He talks the talk but the man cannot walk the walk. The Mayor has no clue about clean up and thinks that now he can use his relative Nancy Pelosi to convince the Navy to hand over the Shipyard - this simply will not happen. Both Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein are as fake as the two inch make up their wear. Both must be removed from office and the Democrats have to be thrown out too - all of them scum bags they have failed millions of innocent constituents all over California but more in the Bay Area. Both Nancy and Diane have failed the constituents of the Southeast Sector and are working behind the scenes with Richard Blum, Walter Shorenstein, the Fisher Group, others of the same ilk to steal land and make money. They are aided by Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen and the very evil witch Marcia Rosen. It goes with out saying Willie L. Brown Jr. - behind AT&T Park, Mission Bay and now the Bayview Hunters Point. Once there was a Hitler and no one stood up and told him that what he did was wrong. Then we had Idi Amin and he did the same in Uganda. We have seen it in Cambodia and again in Rwanda. Now we see it happening in Darfur and now right in our back yard Bayview Hunters Point. The genocide of a people that have been innocent and plagued by folks like Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies that want to build a 49er City and to drive out people of color using Blight, Eminent Domain, and Tax Increment. We have said this again and again but no one will listen. Remember Hitler and people turned a blind eye and then it was a done deed. It is time a class action be prepared against the City and County of San Francisco. The constituents let go the Navy and Pacific Gas and Electric but now we have the documentation and the evidence and the City and County of San Francisco has deep pockets. The scum bags have to be taken to court complete with the best evidence and roasted for the entire world to see. Once has just to go by Innes Street to witness the madness and the dubious activities in plan sight of the world on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
