THE BAYVIEW AND 2007 (12/22/07)

The Bayview Hunters Point in 2007 - as far as leadership is concerned is moving in the right direction. The many sell outs that we named on this site - are turning pale and those that betrayed their community have no where to go - but live in hell. The Project Area Committee (PAC) the most despicable bunch of crooks with no moral compass and led by Angelo King should be ashamed of themselves. The PAC has been a legal body for just two years after it was formed. All the other years it has functioned as an illegal body - not once were legal election held and those on the committee - do as they please. The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) all hand picked crooks and all appointed by the Mayor of San Francisco - a man with no moral compass - Mayor Gavin Newsom. The PAC has taken upon itself to expand the Survey Area with the blessing of Sophina Maxwell - who is inept, ignorant and very arrogant. This woman is no stupid as to exclude her own home from the Project Area - she lives off Third Street by Jerrold Avenue. The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and especially under Marsha Rosen (now fired) using mostly Black sell outs destroyed the community. Willie B. Kennedy was paid to do the right thing - but chose with intent to do the wrong thing. Leading the sell outs with the Tabernacle Group - Aurelious Walker - supposedly a Black Pastor - in the last nine months this man has become an advocate for the developers and is in bed with Lennar BVHP LLC. He has sold his soul to the devil and his congregation should know this. No one has appointed this scum bag a spokesman but ignorant Aurelious has taken upon himself to lead a Ballot Measure that will adversely affect the community because the Ballot Measure is so vague and will take the community down the wrong path. Again this Black sell out Pastor has allowed corrupt folks like Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi to use a House Negro to do his own people in. Double Rock also known as Alice Griffith will suffer and most of the folks that adored Dwayne Jones - will now pay the price - they will be evicted ­ left, right, and center. Once Double Rock was guaranteed its right but with the amendments done to the South Bayshore Plan by Sophina Maxwell - she saw to it that the poor people are displaced and that the rich and those that have money - given access to the housing and land where once lived the poor - in and around Candlestick Point. Sophina Maxwell the daughter of Enola Maxwell has done Bayview Hunters Point great injustice. All those that backed her all these years - remember the "devil" you backed. This woman has participated in the removal and Diaspora of thousands of Blacks from the Bayview Hunters Point. Black leaders from past years failed to create a cadre of young people who could lead and be educated on issues. It is not easy to understand Land Issues and Zoning. Fathom, the Environmental Impact Reports, understand good Public Speaking and be focused on certain issues. Be disciplined and hold your ground in the face of attack from some Black sell outs. Some of us have and the rewards are heaping up. We have Black leaders galore that talk the talk but few that can walk the walk. The Black "thugs" many jail birds have been bought by Lennar BVHP LLC and tried to intimidate me and others. I am not afraid of thugs and not afraid of telling the truth. I served this Nation and Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco. This land San Francisco belongs to the First People the Muwekma Ohlone. I represent them and have fought for the Muwekma for many years. I am not afraid of thugs that depend on the White Palefaces for money and have no moral integrity. I am not afraid of those that have blood on their hands - the likes of Aurelious Walker, Sophina Maxwell, Angelo King, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, and the various Black Pastors who don pink suits and act like pimps. In May, 2007 we the community started holding our Town Hall meetings every Thursday at Ingalls and Oakdale Avenue - at the Grace Tabernacle Community Church. We are a Spiritual Movement that is very strong and our members are well educated and blessed. We are blessed that unlike the Tabernacle Group that consists of all Black sell outs paid by Lennar BVHP LLC and who do the devil's work - we educate ourselves on issues, sacrifice, go to meetings and speak out on behalf of the community. We support one another. The San Francisco Board of Education gave us a unanimous decision and vote - they agreed with the community to stop the project on Parcel A at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and to test the children. The San Francisco Youth Commission approved the sound Resolution passed by the SF Board of Education unanimously and gave the community their blessings. The community went before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and the BAAQMD decided to fine Lennar BVHP LLC the maximum penalty. We will be going again and again to visit the BAAQMD until we see that this pertinent decision is adjudicated and Lennar BVHP LLC brought to its knees. We are full aware that the Lennar Corporation is hurting fiscally. The Stock and Shares of this dubious and rogue company has been reduced to Junk Status - in fact according to the Moody's - Triple Junk Status. Yet, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, and Speaker of the House all Democrats want to do business with this rogue company - despised all over this Nation - for cheating and building inferior homes - building homes on toxic dumps. Our Spiritual Movement has been sustained by Grace Cathedral and its leadership, the Nation of Islam and its National Leadership and Local leadership, Latinos and many Latino pastors, many Samoans and the pastors that are Samoan. Many Black pastors, including Black Bishops have given us their daunting support. We have organization like POWER, students from City College and State University and other schools that support us. Many Community Based Organizations from all over San Francisco - and the Green Party, have supported our cause. Years ago, many a time I battled the forces of evil and if you read my articles going back to the year 2000 and before you will see for yourself the issues that I took on single handed. All the time I had faith that the community would turn around and at the appropriate moment a Tsunami would hit the Enemy and things would be better. That is now happening and the Enemy is running for cover. I was born in Nairobi, Kenya and I am very proud that I was born in Africa. I do not want to be a sell out and have fought for freedom and justice and admire the tactics of the Mau Mau. I have not proclaimed this before but I did it at a recent San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commission meeting. Much before many of the liberation struggles started the Mau Mau gave people that were suffering under oppression - hope. It is shame that in San Francisco some few Black sell outs - have heaped oppress their own Black community. Well, the time has come to send the sell out Blacks packing. No more - will they have the impunity of yester years - now; we will check mate them and watch their every move. We know a skunk when we see one but it this case we will find them for their stench has hit the fence and is spreading like wild fire. We do not want to live with filthy, sell out, mostly Black skunks in our community. They are free to move to Pacific Heights next to Diane Feinstein. The year 2007 has been good to the suffering community. In the year 2008 - we will witness the demise of Lennar BVHP LLC. We do not want these jerks in our community. And we do not want the sell outs that we have named again and again in our community - jerks like Aurelious Walker and Sophina Maxwell. Enough is Enough. We have leaders that have joined the Spiritual Movement who are astute and sharp - all over San Francisco and beyond there is a buzz - Bayview is taking the lead with local leaders doing the spade work and making progress. We have the Enemy on the run - and the skunk Representatives such as Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, other scum bags like Richard Blum, the Fishers, the Shorestein, the Pelosis cannot take things for granted - anymore. Mayor Gavin Newsom is not welcomed in the Bayview Hunters Point. His days when he jumped around are over - he has betrayed the community and has NOT protected our children, our Elders and those with compromised health. Mayor Gavin Newsom has challenged State and Federal laws when it comes to Queer Issues. But, he cannot stand for the children and defend the Precautionary Principle that he signed. He cannot stand by Article 31 of the San Francisco Health Department. He has failed to understand and enforce the Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Parcel A - a legal document. It is just a matter of time before we expose this Mayor who is as fake as his actions. He betrayed his best friend and slept with his wife. He faked on his first wife and has been pussyfooting around. He is not responsible as was witnessed in the recent Cosco Busan case. He thinks he is something but he in nothing. He aspires to a high post but will swim in a putrid cesspool of his own making. Mostly because the jerk has no moral compass - less transparency and accountability. In the Western Addition - Mayor Gavin Newsom has been using Amos Brown and another skunk, Keith Jackson to ruin the Ella Hutch Recreation Center - the last vestige of Blacks in the Western Addition. He has been plotting to steal the land from the Marcus Garvey Housing residents. He has been using his stooges like Dwayne Jones to do the dirty work. We are watching and you all will see results - very soon. The Sun Reporter and other Black newspapers baring the San Francisco Bayview newspaper - have favored the few Black Sell Outs - mostly House Negroes with a mentality - reminiscent of the Slave Plantation. How can we permit these crooks to harm our children - how can we support a scum bag like Gavin Newsom who has no moral compass? Our Spiritual Movement is growing and soon we will be knocking doors at City Hall and at other Federal and State buildings. You cannot bluff all the people all the time. Once you scum bags got a free pass not this time around. Stop - this time be very careful - gone are the days when the scum bags took it for granted - no business as usual. Now, the Mau Mau is in town and armed with sound information, justice, and fair play.
