PRESIDIO OF SAN FRANCISCO LOOKING TO 2013 (7/6/06)

The Presidio of San Francisco some 1480 acres plus looks to the Presidio Trust a quasi-Federal agency to make itself self sufficient by the year 2013. In other words year after year the United States government will appropriate money to the Presidio Trust every single year until 2013. Once that year comes around the Presidio Trust will be on its own. The Presidio Trust would not be in existence if it were not for Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and her cronies. Some crooks have had their fingers in the pie and Craig Middleton the Presidio Trust Director once worked for Congressperson Nancy Pelosi as her aide. It is all in the family and some one, some where is raking in the money mostly from Real Estate deals. The Presidio of San Francisco is touted to be a National Park but it is more a Disney Land Operation. While the National Park Service( NPS) believes in Preservation and Protection - for the longest time ever the NPS brought great harm to the over 650 buildings and over 1800 housing units by leaving them vacant and not maintaining them. One must remember that all of the Presidio of San Francisco was paid for many times over by the tax payer. For years the tax payer funded whatever has been built at the Presidio of San Francisco. The Presidio of San Francisco was established in 1776. The NPS was established in 1916 and the Presidio Trust in 1995. The Army took great care of the Presidio of San Francisco but I cannot say that of the National Park Service that has jurisdiction of Area A - closer to the Bay. Area B consisting of the majority of buildings and further interior and away from the coast line comes under the jurisdiction of the Presidio Trust. The Presidio of San Francisco has a unique forest, complete with animals, birds, insects, frogs, and one of a kind plants. All well taken care of by the experts that worked Army for years. In recent years quail, the red fox, a grey fox, some birds, trees and other landmark building have not been protected. The private money making greedy Stewart Company specializes in Property Management. They also control Treasure Island. They once controlled the Geneva Towers that were eventually demolished. They also control many other Single Residential Occupancy (SRO) units in San Francisco. The common denominator when you ask tenants that come under the jurisdiction of the Stewart Property Management Company is that they are dictatorial. When the Army was in charge of the Presidio of San Francisco a one bed room was rented for $400 today they are rented for $1600. You could rent a two bed room for $600 today the same goes for $2500. The houses on Simmonds Loop were rented for $1200 today they are rented for over $5000 a month. It goes without saying there is a lot of milking going on at the Presidio of San Francisco and some one where stands to make a lot of money. The Presidio Trust started on the wrong foot when James Meadows the first Director of the Presidio Trust was fired. He looted and stole millions of dollars. Congressperson Nancy Pelosi had a hand in choosing thug James but no one bothered to take her on. Today things are not better at the Presidio of San Francisco but in San Francisco White Collar Thugs are kosher and accepted among Whip Cream types. The Presidio always stood for diversity when the Army was there. That cannot be said of the Presidio Trust today. Hundreds of good folks that once attended meetings have turned their backs on the Presidio Trust. The same can be said of hundreds of National Park Service (NPS) employees that once worked for the NPS then transferred to work for the Presidio Trust only to be let go by the evil Presidio Trust for one reason or another. I know of hundreds of employees that still keep in touch with me and most of them have been adversely impacted by the Presidio Trust and some by the NPS too. A couple of them died suffering at the hands of the Presidio Trust management. This was more so when the Colorado thugs under James Meadows looted the Presidio of San Francisco. Once the main thug was removed the rest of the crooks and cronies - all fled the Presidio of San Francisco. Good riddance of very bad rubbish. The thugs some former jail guars migrated to the Presidio of San Francisco to teach us a lesson. Complete with guard dogs and guns these thugs carried on a business mostly under the cover of darkness. The United States Army left the Presidio of San Francisco because Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco was deactivated in 1995. The Presidio Trust came in - brought in, in great measure by Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and her plan has adversely impacted hundreds of Federal employees and segregated the Presidio of San Francisco since 1995. The Presidio of San Francisco was stolen from the Muwekma Ohlone. The Presidio of San Francisco was built by African Americans, Native Americans, other people of color and their work and projects recorded. Some how the diversity that was there before has been shelved and greedy evil Presidio employees mostly White have destroyed the goodness that once prevailed with diversity at the Presidio of San Francisco. We have over 400 Buffalo Soldiers interred at the Presidio of San Francisco. At one time the all Black Soldiers took care of the Presidio of San Francisco and other Federal lands. The Japanese, the Chinese, Asians, African Americans other people of color have contributed to the goodness of the Presidio of San Francisco. Today the Presidio Trust is segregating the Presidio much like the segregation in South Africa that Nelson Mandela fought against. We have San Franciscans looking the other way when thugs are stealing and doing as they please all under the watch of Congressperson Nancy Pelosi at the Presidio of San Francisco. She brings tax payers' money to the Presidio Trust as if it were her own. There is no one person that has the guts to investigate the thugs more so after what James Meadows did milking the tax payer and the Presidio of San Francisco of millions of dollars.
